We are seeking a Full-Time Instructional Teacher Aide to support our educators and students across (TK) through 8th grade. The ideal candidate is a faith-driven, dedicated, and compassionate individual who enjoys working with children and assisting in a dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one.
- Help prepare classroom materials and activities.
- Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch as needed.
- Support teachers in classroom management and implementing lesson plans.
- Reinforce school wide expectations and values in alignment with Catholic teachings.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Assist in other school duties as assigned to meet the needs of various grade levels.
- Instructional aides may be asked to teach a lesson or lead a classroom project, and may be asked to substitute in a classroom on occasion.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or coursework in education preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from lead teachers.
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
