As a Transaction Coordinator / Client Care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our home buyers and sellers. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, easily trainable, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all paperwork, deadlines, and details are accurately handled.
- Act as the main point of contact for agents, clients, attorneys, title companies, and mortgage brokers.
- Track and maintain transaction records, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
- Schedule key transaction milestones (inspections, appraisals, closings) and keep all parties informed.
- Provide exceptional client care, offering updates, guidance, and support throughout the process.
- Prepare and manage transaction documents, including drafting addenda and verifying commission payments.
- Cross-train in listing coordination, including pre-listing paperwork, scheduling staging and photography, and MLS management.
- Help with client events, including brainstorming event themes and marketing strategies, collecting RSVPs, coordinating logistics, and running the event.

- Real estate experience or a license is preferred but not required to start.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 per year
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional yearly bonus tiers based on team production
