Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with builders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining Roof Depot’s quality standards.
- Oversee crews during installations, including material retrievals and returns.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
- Verify crew and punch technician payroll.
- Diagnose and resolve roof leaks during warranty calls.
- Conduct final walk-through inspections after project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in construction supervision.
- Ability to confidently walk roofs ranging from flat to 8/12 pitch.
- Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, office staff, and crews.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Must have hand tools for minor repairs and punch list work.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working at extreme heights and various roof pitches.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in tight spaces.
- Tolerance for outdoor work in varying and extreme weather conditions.
- Capacity to handle loud noise and high-stress environments.
