Primary Responsibilities :
Work closely with builder in your territory to ensure work is being completed on a timely basis under our quality standards.
Communicate with crews during installs and help with retrieving any short material or returning any extra material
Check work for quality and ensure install standards
Verify crew and punch tech payroll
Diagnose variety of roof leaks during warranty calls
Perform final walk-through check list after install completed by crews
Skill Requirements :
Applicants must have a very good understanding of Asphalt shingle roofs, supervision experience, and construction experience
Able to walk roofs (flat to 8 / 12 pitch)
Computer literate
Able to finish a set schedule everyday
Able to do small repairs or punch / have their own hand tools
Must have good communication skills with both customers, office and crew
MUST be self-motivated
Ability to problem solve and multi-task
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to tolerate extreme heights
- Must be able to climb roofs of varying pitches and heights (flat to 8 / 12 pitch)
- Must be able to maneuver in small spaces
- Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying and extreme climate conditions
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise and high-stress environment
