Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in the Commercial Roofing industry. As a Project Administrator, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient administrative operations of our projects. Your main goal will be to support the project team in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. You will be a key player in maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. You will assist project managers in planning and executing projects, coordinate project schedules, resources, and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in project administration or related field
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Self-motivated, team-player and collaborator
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
