Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in siding, brick, stucco, and stone, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large-scale exterior finishing projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry best practices.
- 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with siding, brick, stucco, and stone installation on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must be able to climb ladders and tolerate heights
- Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying and extreme climate conditions
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise
