Primary Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Warehouse Operations:

  • • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing materials and equipment.
    • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
    • Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

• Material Deliveries:

  • • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and accounted for.
    • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle while adhering to all driving and safety regulations.
    • Communicate with job site personnel to confirm deliveries and address any issues.

• Inventory & Logistics Support:

  • • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure job site needs are met.
    • Support the Warehouse/Logistics Manager in coordinating shipments and deliveries.
    • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, and other tools as required.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • • Follow all company policies and safety procedures while working in the warehouse and on job sites.
    • Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues.
    • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills/Competencies

• • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
  • Computer literate
  • Able to finish a set schedule everyday
  • Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug test

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
• Experience with construction/OSHA safety protocols are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and must meet out driver eligibility requirements

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to setup and climb ladders
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying and extreme climate conditions
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise
• Must be able to drive a pick-up, panel, or large truck (if a necessary requirement of position)
