We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- This is a commission based door to door sales position
- Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Communicate with insurance adjusters
- Attend weekly meetings and group events
- Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales (preferred)
- Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
- Must be comfortable knocking on strangers' doors (required)
- Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
- Positive and outgoing personality (required)
- Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
- Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
- Must be able to lift heavy products (required)
- Must be comfortable with climbing roofs (required)
- Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
- Highschool diploma or equivlent (required)
