Job Summary:
We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Preschool Teacher for our three-year-old program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that fosters the development of young children. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to helping our students grow and learn.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the needs and abilities of three-year-olds, including lessons on literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages socialization and active learning.
- Develop and maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Engage with students and families through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency across the program.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
- Encourage students to explore and learn through curiosity and discovery.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of individual students and ensure that students with special needs receive the support they require.
Experience:
- Experience teaching three-year-olds in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- A valid teaching certification or license, where required.
- Experience working with children with special needs, where relevant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- The ability to be flexible, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
