We're looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be able to handle several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in all types of family law and criminal defense cases. They'll be excellent communicators who can provide personalized attention, so each client feels valued.

Role
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
- Prepare clients for depositions and court hearings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information
- Manage case files and deadlines effectively
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Assist with business development activities as needed
- Other assigned duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
- License to practice law in Arkansas
- Active member in good standing with A.R. State Bar
- 2 years of relevant legal experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized with excellent time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for advocating for clients and achieving justice
- Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw)
