Roots is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital content, events, and marketing efforts to drive brand engagement and growth. This role focuses on overseeing end-to-end content strategies and building strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams. This full-time or part-time schedule can earn a competitive wage of $65,000 - $100,000 a year with commission
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Digital Marketing
- Develop, manage, and optimize content strategies across social media platforms (organic and paid).
- Oversee SEO efforts and content for blogs, email campaigns, and website.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and funnels to ensure effective customer outreach and engagement.
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging video content, including short-form videos and reels.
- Maintain and update website content to align with business objectives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Event Management & Coordination
- Plan and manage events locally
- Evaluate event opportunities, manage event budgets, and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate event participation.
- Design and distribute event flyers, QR codes, and promotional materials for special offers.
- Manage masterclasses, from planning to execution.
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
- Work with external partners to coordinate events and campaigns that align with Vero's vision.
- Facilitate partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand exposure and growth.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain consistent communication with managers, clients, and external collaborators.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, content, and events.
- Provide actionable insights and optimize strategies based on data-driven analysis.
