Client Service Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our advisors, ensuring an exceptional client experience and contributing to the success of our practice.
_ Key Responsibilities_
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to support their ongoing financial planning needs.
Operational Support:
- Assist in preparing client review reports, presentations, and financial plans.
- Process client transactions, including account opening, transfers and distributions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by accurately maintaining records and documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow up meetings and firm events.
- Manage CRM system and keep client data updated and organized.
- Support advisors in marketing efforts, including email campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
Problem Solving and Solutions:
- Collaborate with advisors to identify and implement proactive solutions to meet client needs.
- Research and resolve client service issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management or client facing role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences with professionalism and empathy.
