do you like craft beer? do you like live music? If you do, we are looking for a few part time bartenders. we are starting to get geared up for the busy spring and summer and need some great bar staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or fine dining setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong cash handling skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective guest interactions.
- A passion for hospitality and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
