Job Title: Brand Ambassador | Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and driven Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative to join our team at Roscoe Beer Company, a passionate and growing beer brand.

If you're based in or know the ins and outs of upstate NY, this role is perfect for you!

As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for building relationships, promoting our craft beer, and driving sales in your territory.

You'll have the chance to work directly with local accounts, attend events, and help boost brand awareness by showcasing our beer to new and existing customers. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the craft beer scene, and loves connecting with people. Your job will be to spread the word about our unique brews, increase sales, and ensure our brand stands out in the upstate NY market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Additional responsibilities may arise)

Wholesale Account Management:

  • Develop new wholesale accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Deliver products to newly acquired wholesale accounts.
  • Drive sales growth and boost brand visibility in your territory.
  • Represent RBC at fairs, festivals, and events.
  • Oversee and promote RBC on- and off-premise promotions.
  • Consistently embody the RBC Mission in all interactions.
  • Ensure business activities stay within budgetary guidelines.

New Business Development & Business Growth Initiatives

  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Deliver products to existing wholesale accounts.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve underperforming accounts.
  • Comply with all state and federal laws related to the sales and promotion of RBC products.
  • Collaborate with the Head Brewer and Sales Manager to track sales trends within your territory.

Operational Tasks:

· Submit a comprehensive Daily Update Report that tracks your sales activities, progress with accounts, and details of any events or promotions you’ve attended. This report is essential for giving management a clear understanding of your efforts, identifying new opportunities, and addressing any challenges you may be facing. By keeping these updates consistent and thorough, we can ensure that everyone stays aligned, provide support where necessary, and work together to stay on track to meet and exceed our sales goals.

· Upload invoices to our management share drive as they are received. This is a key component of our accounting process, ensuring that our records remain accurate and up to date. Timely invoice uploads help facilitate prompt payments and accurate sales tracking, supporting the efficiency of our financial operations.

While we trust you to manage these tasks with independence and accountability, we also value open communication. Staying organized and keeping us updated through these reports will help ensure the smooth flow of operations and contribute to our collective success!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers, vendors, and teammates professionally.
  • Excellent time management – proactive and able to take the lead when needed.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle priorities and handle daily tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled in negotiation – able to bring people together and find common ground.
  • Solid decision-making ability – gathers the right info, assesses it, and makes informed choices.
  • Some analytical skills to collect and summarize data, and find solutions to admin challenges.
  • Capable of gathering data, preparing reports, and presenting key information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and hit sales and revenue targets.

Equipment, Machines, and Software Used:
This role involves regular use of a computer, tablet, printer, phone, scanner, calculator, and Beer30 software experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay

Work Location: On the road
