Role Description
What We’re Looking For in a Virtual Assistant
We’re seeking a creative, organized, and detail-loving Virtual Assistant to help us water the roses and keep the petals flowing. Our dream VA will be someone who thrives in an aesthetic-driven environment, understands digital branding, and can multitask like a queen with a clipboard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with social media scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Coordinate influencer outreach and affiliate communications
• Manage email organization, customer inquiries & support tickets
• Help with blog/vlog planning and light copywriting
• Upload and organize product listings in Shopify
• Track inventory updates and product restocks
• Maintain our brand voice across all platforms
• Be emotionally prepared for soft launches, hard launches, and chaotic collection drops
You’re a perfect fit if you:
• Have an eye for aesthetic and detail
• Love romantic, coquette, western, or feminine fashion
• Are proactive, communicative, and reliable
• Know Canva, Shopify, Google Drive, and social tools like Planoly or Later
• Thrive in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment
Qualifications
- Administrative tasks and data entry skills
- Calendar management and email correspondence proficiency
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $22 - $25
