APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Carpathia Management, LLC, your primary responsibilities include the overall maintenance of several small apartment properties.
In this role you will :
Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors / cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
Make sure all unoccupied units are move-in ready.
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
Complete grounds work such as : grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
As the ideal candidate you have ...
A High School Diploma or GED Required.
HVAC Certification required.
A valid driver's license.
