Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of social media accounts for an assigned client.
- Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, strategize, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Support new business development through presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
- Working towards or in possession of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or account management in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
