As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of The Rounds to prospective partners and play a crucial role in company growth!
\n- Develop new partnerships by identifying and prospecting into key partnership opportunities.
- Drive Member acquisition during partner activations using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of The Rounds features and product assortment to successfully onboard new Members, ensuring they place their first order.
- Provide feedback and insights from partner activations and Member interactions to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.
- Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.
- A natural seller who is energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven
- A strong communicator with an ability to easily connect with people
- A problem solver who is eager to take on challenges
- Highly adaptable and willing to embrace change
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Have access to reliable transportation to travel to/from partner locations (a car is a plus, but not required)
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 3-4 hours at a time in outdoor settings.
- Comprehensive training to get you started, plus ongoing training and coaching to support you in the role and help you maximize your success.
- Competitive hourly base pay of $20/hour
