The Rounds is seeking a motivated Site Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and wants to make a positive impact on our neighborhoods. You will be responsible for supporting our warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiency in day-to-day operations, in order to meet our goals. Your efforts will support the aggressive growth and expansion of a rapidly growing, early-stage startup.

This is a full-time hourly position and qualifies for benefits (medical, dental, vision) and paid time off.
Eligible for routine increases after every 500 hours worked!

You Will
- Oversee warehouse, packing, and last-mile teams to ensure seamless product picking, packing and dispatch
- Train and onboard new employees, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive work environment.
- Develop expertise in facility operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Engage with warehouse and last-mile team and respond to needs through clear communication, feedback, recognition, and coaching
- Manage incoming shipments, inventory, and warehouse supply levels to support seamless operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
- Review daily productivity metrics with team members, delivering actionable feedback and coaching
- Regularly update stakeholders on operational metrics, highlighting key performance insights.
- Uphold a high-quality experience for Members through consistent attention to operational excellence.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure clear communication, align team priorities, and address any blockers to maintain momentum and team cohesion.
- Oversee shift schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Detail-focused with a can-do attitude to provide excellent Member experience
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail, time management and proactive problem-solving skills
- A team player and a confident leader, with a natural ability to collaborate, inspire, and guide others toward achieving team goals.
- Driven to contribute to the success of a fast-growing, mission-driven team by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software, with familiarity in the full Google workspace suite.
- Experience with Airtable or other IMS/WMS applications is highly desirable.
- Able to work while standing for extended periods.
- Food background preferred.
- Able to become food safety certified.
- Able to work weekends.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Friday-Tuesday 5:30AM-2:30PM
