Row House is a boutique rowing studio offering high-energy, full-body workouts for all fitness levels. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Row House Coach to lead dynamic group rowing classes in a supportive, motivating environment.
About Us:
Operating in Highlands Ranch, CO, for over 7 years, Row House delivers efficient, high-cardio rowing workouts that provide a full-body challenge in less than 1 hour. We're committed to helping our members achieve their fitness goals, from beginners to athletes.
Position Overview:
As a Row House Coach, you will lead group sessions of up to 25 participants, guiding them through a pre-designed, 45-minute workout. You will inspire and motivate members while ensuring their safety and helping them get the most out of every row.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy group rowing sessions for up to 25 clients
- Energize and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals
- Promote rowing's benefits and Row House's community
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all fitness levels
- Keep members engaged and excited with music and social media posts
- Maintain client safety during all rowing and resistance training
Qualifications:
- 3 years of coaching experience (fitness, group classes, or rowing preferred)
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong musicality and ability to create exciting playlists
- Nationally accredited fitness certification required
- Active CPR/AED certification required
- Enthusiasm for creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or other relevant certifications a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically able to Row for the entire 45-minute Class and demonstrate floor work exercises in a dimly lit room, monitor client’s movements, and provide hands-on corrections (as needed and if desired by the client)
- Physically able to lift, pull, push, and carry 1-40lb equipment
