The Operations Manager will take charge of all aspects of our office operations, creating and managing systems that ensure smooth scheduling, invoicing, bidding, and material management. This is a high-impact role where you’ll implement efficient processes, organize workflows, and provide the operational backbone needed for our team to thrive.
We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of proven experience in operations, preferably within a construction or landscaping company, and the skills to build and improve systems that exceed expectations.
Compensation:
