What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at The Roy Group - Team Real Estate?
We’re seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
Compensation :
50,000 - $250,000 commission based
Responsibilities :
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Communicate professionally, in person and over the phone, with clients and co-op agents
- Follow up consistently and effectively to convert leads into appointments and sales
- Conduct presentations to educate clients and generate signed agreements
- Script and role-play with team members daily
