What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Account Manager position at The Roy Group - Team Real Estate?
$50,000 - $100,000 (commission based)
Responsibilities:- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings.
- Must have or be pursuing a Kansas Real Estate License
