Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers.
- Document all interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting.
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
