We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid Customer Service and Finance Support role. This is a dynamic position combining customer service excellence with administrative and finance-related tasks to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance and Administrative Support Duties:
- Assist with financial data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Support reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Help maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
- Assist with payroll processing and vendor communications.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Customer Service Duties:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Process orders, schedule appointments, and follow up on service requests.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
