Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role located in Springfield, MA at The Royal Law Firm. The Lawyer will be responsible for representing and counseling businesses on all aspects of labor and employment law. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- Legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in labor and employment law
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
- Previous experience in business law is a plus
