Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide support in a recovery home environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist with wound care and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Help with the movement of patients, including assisting with taking wellness walks.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Support patients in behavioral health settings by providing empathetic care and monitoring their emotional well-being.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and any necessary adjustments to care plans.
Requirements
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training is required.
- Experience in long-term care, or hospital settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations is a plus.
- Ability to assist patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the facility.
- Have a car and a cellphone.
- Assist with meal prep and light cleaning.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.34 - $20.69 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
