Position Summary:
Were looking for a high-energy Takeout Specialist/ Community Ambassador to support both our guests and our brand! This unique hybrid role plays a key part in our operations, acting as a Takeout Specialist on weekendsdelivering exceptional guest experiences for all things to-goand supporting marketing efforts during the week, assisting as the Community Ambassador with local engagement.
Weekend Takeout Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to team member for all takeout orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier hospitality.

Manage third-party delivery platforms and coordinate seamless handoffs with delivery drivers.

Maintain a clean, organized takeout station and prep area.

Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH to ensure order timing and guest satisfaction.

Build rapport with regular guests and promote current specials or community events.
Weekday Marketing Support Responsibilities:

Assist the team as a Community Ambassador to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

Attend and support offsite community events and activations as a brand representative.

Help manage donation requests and event logistics.

Conduct light administrative and research work to support community outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service preferred.

Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or community engagement is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays for takeout operations.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Valid drivers license required for marketing/event support days.
