What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder/Assistant Manager position at The Rugged Mill?
The Rugged Mill in North Conway, NH is looking for a Key Holder that will have the opportunity to advance to an Assistant Manager to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 2633 White Mountain Hwy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
- Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
- Ship Online and Amazon Orders in timely manner. Communicate with Online and Amazon customers through email and phone when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place. Create Purchase Orders and Create items when necessary and Receive inventory into POS system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with staff to Process Shipments and then Merchandise the products onto the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Proven Retail Management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Point of Sale System Knowledge necessary. Back End and Manager Functions experience
