What You’ll Be Doing
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
Serve as the public face of Rad AI at major industry conferences, speaking engagements, and panel discussions, both in-person and remotely.
Establish Rad AI as the go-to authority on AI-driven advancements and innovations in radiology.
Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry associations, and strategic partners.
Drive Market Influence & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, educate the market, and engage new customers.
Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, radiology groups, and hospital systems.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring our AI solutions meet the real-world needs of radiologists.
Shape Clinical Strategy
Provide clinical insights to help inform high-level product direction (without day-to-day product responsibilities).
Partner with Rad AI's clinical staff and CMIOs.
Ensure Rad AI maintains clinical credibility by staying ahead of evolving industry trends and regulatory landscapes.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine case studies, white papers, and marketing content.
Identify market trends and provide strategic guidance.
Stay current with and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, and ensure proper governance of healthcare AI.
High-Impact Event and Conference Presence
Expect frequent travel to industry events, customer meetings, and strategic engagements.
Represent Rad AI on a national and international stage, ensuring our brand is synonymous with AI excellence in radiology.
Who You Are
Proven Thought Leader in Radiology AI
Deep expertise in AI applications in radiology, with a strong presence in the radiology and healthcare AI community.
A track record of speaking engagements, published work, or leadership roles in industry organizations.
Strong Executive-Level Communication Skills
Comfortable delivering keynotes, panels, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to articulate complex AI concepts in a way that resonates with clinicians, executives, and investors.
Business-Savvy & Market-Focused
Experience working in growth-stage startups, health tech companies, or innovative AI-driven organizations is a plus.
Strong understanding of the business side of AI adoption in healthcare, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Highly Flexible & Travel-Ready
Willing to travel extensively to events, client meetings, and strategic discussions.
Able to operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
