We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to help establish and optimize the supply chain operations for our new facility in India. This role will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, onboarding local suppliers, and ensuring a smooth flow of materials to support production. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, international sourcing, and ERP / MRP systems.

This position requires 50% travel to India, all applicants must be amenable to this requirement

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Develop and implement supply chain processes to support the India facility, ensuring alignment with global operations.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard local suppliers to improve lead times and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure material availability and minimize disruptions.
• Establish KPIs to monitor supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and inventory levels.
• Train and mentor the local supply chain team to build long-term operational capabilities.
