About the Role :
CoreWeave is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Technical Writer to join and help build the new Knowledge Architecture team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the creation and maintenance of high-quality internal documentation, knowledge management, and educational materials in CoreWeave’s rapidly evolving environment.
The Staff Technical Writer is primarily responsible for producing and supervising the production of high-quality internal-facing documentation on all CoreWeave operations. This senior role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and effective communication between stakeholders within the organization, supporting technical understanding, and enhancing operational efficiency and engineering excellence as we build the Knowledge Architecture team.
This individual has extensive leadership experience in refining internal knowledge architecture and documentation structures in a startup environment. This role is a combination of individual contributorship and high-level management, and an ideal candidate is excited to work through ambiguity and to make a significant impact on CoreWeave’s infrastructure. Their documentation responsibilities span the gamut from conceptual guides and explanations to how-to guides, internal reference documentation, team process documentation, and tutorial materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team lead in developing, writing, and maintaining new architecture for internal technical documentation and engineering excellence materials at CoreWeave. This includes (but is not limited to) internal user manuals, process guides, training materials, templates, SOPs, and our broader internal knowledge base.
Assist in coordinating internal educational materials, updating the technical materials on the internal website, optimizing our content for AI integration and tuning, and writing and improving onboarding materials.
Create and update technical materials or categorization systems as required.
Skills and Experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,000-$165,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
