Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who can handle high pressure and stress to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff, maintaining a productive office environment, overseeing financials, and A/P and A/R. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
- Maintain office phone systems, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
- Support human resources functions, including recruitment, disciplinary actions, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Utilize systems for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Ensure the front desk is managed efficiently, providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers.
- Handle schedule management for executives and team members to optimize productivity.
- Handle communication between clients, attorneys, management, and employees.
Skills
- Strong calendar management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and human resources practices.
- Experience in training development and implementation.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Competence in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
