Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of whiskey varieties, including origins, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and managing supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold Odyssey's reputation for excellence and hospitality.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- TIPS or similar certification (can obtain upon hire).
