Position Overview: As a Restaurant Server, you will deliver 5-star experiences to guests by providing courteous, efficient, and attentive service throughout their visit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Escort guests warmly to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
- Guide guests through the menu and experience, and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established service standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before delivering them to guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Server in a full-service restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
