Inside Sales Representative
HOURLY MONTHLY COMMISIONS

Key Functions
· Participate in the improvement and development of the company’s inside sales process by streamlining processes, developing sales packages, and enhancing the customer experience.
· Answer and make inbound/outbound calls; redirect calls as necessary.
· Set and schedule customer appointments; make upsell recommendations for their RV’s maintenance needs or possible upgrades.
· Increase sales through repair and maintenance recommendations; Upsell package upgrades and maintenance needs to customers.
· Keep customer profile information up to date with contact information and vehicle information.
· Maintain inbound and outbound call tracking sheet.
· Greet customers at the front desk and connect them with their Repair Manager; process payments for customers picking up and provide copy of their invoice.
· Create positive relationships with all customers by engaging in a friendly and supportive tone.
· Other Duties assigned by management.

· Strong Communication Skills; When securing any sale or appointment, it’s essential that all vital details are included and translated so that Operations can be successful.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
