The RV Shop is looking for experienced General Contractors to support us on a wide range of projects and repairs for mobile homes.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile RV Technician to join our team. In this full-time role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a variety of RV systems while providing exceptional customer service at various locations. This position requires travel to customer sites and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time mobile position that require a license.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on RV generators, plumbing, propane systems, electrical, HVAC, slide-outs, leveling systems, appliances, and other components
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on various RV systems
- Provide professional and courteous service while explaining repairs and maintenance to customers
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and a service vehicle in a clean and functional condition
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Mobile Manager regarding all assigned jobs, including status updates, job progress, and any potential issues or additional service needs.
RV Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years Experience in RV repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
