Seeking multiple full time QC Managers for utility scale solar projects throughout the US.
Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Led a team of Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold these standards effectively.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to promptly address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain all documentation of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities while staying informed about industry advancements to improve our installation's reliability and performance continuously.
Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written;
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office based programs;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience with utility scale solar projects or other large scale construction projects.
- OSHA safety training
