What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freelance Sports Editor position at The Rye Record?
The Rye Record is seeking a part-time sports editor to manage our sports coverage of local public and private schools.
The job entails a forward thinker with the ability to determine coverage priorities, assign and edit stories and photos, write headlines and captions for print and web, and some reporting. Having access to a car to commute into Rye is preferable.
