The Saade Law Firm, P.A., a top law firm serving clients across a plethora of industries, is seeking a part-time Law Clerk. Working with the firm's litigation and corporate practice team, the successful candidate must be highly motivated and organized. The Law Clerk will assist and support all aspects of a heavy litigation practice. Qualified candidates should be able to effectively handle the multiple and varied responsibilities of case management and trial preparation; including drafting legal documents, performing research, and working with discovery documents in a fast-paced litigation environment.
The Law Clerk should have the ability to develop rapport with clients, maintain strong working relationships, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are essential requirements for this position. Strong organizational and communication skills, a working knowledge of computer applications and litigation support systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Clio is preferred.
