Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are realistic and meet all relevant codes and industry standards.
Project Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, identifying necessary resources and materials for successful project execution.
Risk Management: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address issues or risks, ensuring smooth execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safety-first culture on job sites.
Qualifications
Experience: Project management experience in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, pipefitting techniques, and sheet metal fabrication and installation processes.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management tools such as Bluebeam, QuickBids, Trimble ProjectSite, or other related software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
