The Sagamore is seeking Seasonal concierge Team Members to join our team! We are looking for individuals who are well organized, have a great eye for detail and a flare for what’s fun.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Be knowledgeable of all resort offerings and hours of operations
· Be knowledgeable of package offerings and guest programs
· Make both in house and local dining reservations
· Be familiar with area hikes, recreation activities and events
· Process amenity requests
· Process guests special requests i.e. ordering flowers/balloons
· Monitor and assist with VIP arrivals
· Address guest concerns or direct to management when appropriate
· Be acquainted with and assist with RNA procedures
