You should also be knowledgeable about wine presentation and have proper cash handling skills. Additionally, you should be able to time and coordinate food delivery, clear tables efficiently, even when the Busser is on duty (Pre-bus), handle guest concerns, and complete closing side work and end-of-shift paperwork accurately.
