Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified General Appraiser at The Sage Group located in Fleming Island, FL. The Certified General Appraiser will be responsible for conducting accurate valuations and analysis for commercial real estate, equipment, and business properties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in USPAP standards and compliance
- Expertise in commercial real estate appraisal
- Ability to conduct valuation analysis for equipment and business properties
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Certification as a General Appraiser
