Senior Account-Based Marketing Program Manager
One of The Sage Group's clients is on the lookout for a talented Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program Manager. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in leading global strategic marketing campaigns aimed at competitor customers within large organizations, specifically in the B2B SaaS space. Candidates should possess experience in both strategy and execution, utilizing advanced AI technology tools in their work. Our client has developed a cutting-edge B2B conversational relationship platform that allows businesses to identify their product or website users and engage them with personalized communication, targeted content, behavior-driven messaging, and conversational support.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement tailored ABM strategies for selected target account lists, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, sales, enablement, campaigns, and content, to deliver cohesive ABM initiatives.
- Work with RevOps teams to establish and maintain the appropriate tools, integrations, processes, and reporting to support ABM efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to define ideal customer profiles and inform strategies. Measure campaign performance to optimize future efforts through tools such as Salesforce and 6sense.
- Create personalized marketing content and experiences for target accounts by collaborating with content and creative teams.
- Manage multiple ABM campaigns efficiently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining up-to-date documentation on processes and best practices.
- Provide sales with tailored content and insights that foster engagement and conversion of high-value accounts.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, focusing on account management and opportunity generation, and offer insights for ongoing enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM and B2B marketing to remain competitive.
Requirements :
Location : Must reside in the Bay Area, with a hybrid schedule of one day a week in San Francisco.
Duration : 12 months with strong potential for extension and contract-to-hire opportunities.
Compensation : $80-100 / hr depending on experience.
