Sr ABM Program Manager
One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Sr ABM Program Manager, experienced with leading global strategic marketing campaigns focused on competitor customers for large organizations, in B2B SaaS, both strategy and execution, and using cutting edge AI tech tools in the process. The client has built a B2B conversational relationship platform. It shows you who is using your product or website and makes it easy to personally communicate with them with targeted content, behavior-driven messages, and conversational support.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored to target account lists. Ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives and priority accounts. Help define and drive the right tool stack and processes to facilitate and effective
- ABM strategy.
- Cross Functional Collaboration, partner with performance marketing, sales, enablement, campaigns and content teams to ensure cohesive execution of ABM initiatives. Work closely with RevOps teams to ensure the right tooling, integrations,
- processes and reporting are in place to support ABM activities.
- Data Driven Insights, comfortable defining, refining or identifying ideal customer profiles. Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, track performance, and optimize campaigns using tools like Salesforce and 6sense. Deliver industry and account research to drive the performance of ABM campaigns.
- Personalized Marketing, create and deliver personalized content and experiences for target accounts, working with content and creative teams to develop impactful ABM assets.
- Project Management, manage multiple ABM Campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery within budget. Ensure documentation (processes, best practices, research) is up to date and accessible for marketing and sales teams. Effectively communicate the status, priorities and plans to key stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement, support sales efforts by providing tailored content and insights to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Performance management, measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, focusing on account management, opportunity generation, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay current, keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM and B2B marketing.
Requirements :
Location : Must live in the Bay Area, 1 day a week hybrid to SF
Duration : 12 months with strong extension and contract to hire potential
Compensation : $80-100hr DOE
Samples needed : content, competitor ABM strategy etc
Salary : $80 - $100
