Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must have hospitality experience and should be familiar with the operations of both the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently supervising and coordinating cleaning and maintenance operations in designated areas of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily cleaning and maintenance activities in rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Collaborate with other departments for effective communication and comprehensive service delivery.
- Manage inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Effectively resolve operational issues and maintain efficiency in daily operations.
- Oversee hotel projects and renovations from beginning to end
