Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estates and Communication Manager located in Montgomery, AL. The Estates and Communication Manager will be responsible for managing communication and marketing strategies, overseeing estate planning workflows, coordinating with financial teams, and ensuring effective communication with clients and courts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in estate planning, probate court experience, and financial management are a plus.
- Knowledge of legal and document drafting processes related to estates
- Organizational and marketing campaign management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Comfortable on the phone and familiar with CRMs
- Good with following systems and working independently
- Content creation and social media posting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role at a law firm is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Paralegal certificate or related field
