Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to run the evening shift (2:00pm-10:00pm, Friday through Monday or Tuesday) at our boutique hotel on the ocean. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong background in hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work weekend nights is required for this position.
- Ensure exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions and maintaining financial integrity.
- Oversee room inspections and mid shift tasks ensuring rooms are cleared for guest check-in.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by fostering a positive team environment and prioritizing guest engagement.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally, managing reservations and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any issues that may arise during their stay.
