We are currently hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in Birmingham, AL.
What will you do as a Retail Customer Service Representative?
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Recommend goods and services that would fit their needs
- Support the marketing campaigns and promotional strategies offered
- Provide the highest customer service for the company in relation to: Customer Accounts, Collection Arrangements, Service Orders, High bills, Outages
- Escalate high level complaints to management for immediate resolution
Who qualifies for the Retail Customer Service Representative position?
- Minimum of 2 years of inbound call center experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and store success.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, including MS Word
- Background and drug screening required
What hours will the Retail Customer Service Representative work?
- Monday – Thursday, in office. Friday, remote from home, standard business hours (subject to the needs of the business)
- Full time, 40 hours/week
- Contract role, 3 years, subject to change
How much will you earn as a Retail Customer Service Representative?
- Starting pay is $17/hour, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
